Olivia Burdyk is a multimedia Artist based in New York.
Her work is focused on female transition into adulthood. A central aspect is the body, which is constantly changing, revealing and provoking new sensitivities and distorted body images. By reassembling and abstracting womanly shapes, Olivia's works seek for harmony while reflecting on the intimate confrontation involved in accepting change and ultimately allowing growth.

Within her interdisciplinary practice, visual transitions of tools are being explored. By blurring aesthetical borders between digital and analog techniques, the artist creates an interwoven world, inviting a spiritual layer into the image.
